Date Bun is a very special product of the region, which is traditional and made at home in the Mardin and Diyarbakir regions. A specially selected and seeded Medina date is covered with dough and almonds are placed on it.

Mardin Region Date Muffin Ingredients: Dates (38%), Wheat flour (contains gluten), vegetable oil (palm), sugar, plain oil (dehydrated butter), almonds, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate), egg, milk (contains lactose) , spices (cinnamon, anise, fennel, mahaleb, cloves, ginger) and salt. May contain traces of other nuts and sesame seeds.

Date Mardin Muffin Ingredients: Dates (38%), wheat flour (contains gluten), vegetable oil (palm), sugar, clarified butter (dehydrated butter), almonds, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate), egg, milk (contains lactose), spices (cinnamon, fennel, mahaleb, cloves, ginger) and salt.
