Due to COVID-19 we are taking extra care and precaution in fulfilling orders, and are experiencing some carrier delays. This may result in a delay in your delivery, but we are working hard to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible.

Shipment processing time

We ship items out as soon as possible, but shipping will be the next day after your purchases. We ship all the products via DHL Express.

UK & EUROPE  1-2 business days
QATAR & KUWAIT 1-3 business days
USA & CANADA 2-3 business days
REST OF THE WORLD 2-4 business days

 

Orders ship on six days (Monday till Saturday) only, excluding any holidays. 

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All products will be shipped with DHL EXPRESS.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

No shipment can be made to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You should receive an email confirming your order soon after you have placed it.

In case you have not received that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation mail, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Seven Hills Shopping is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

Damages

Seven Hills Shopping is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim at support@sevenhillsshopping.com or havvabrewturkey@gmail.com .
